[求医问药] 18岁尿酸700，跟手淫有关吗？

18岁尿酸700，跟手淫有关吗？

具体情况:
我今年18岁大学生，检测到尿酸620，然后在家吃些低嘌呤食物，也每天喝水，结果3周后尿酸不降反增。
想了想，是否跟肾有关
我从初中开始就有手淫，一直到现在，基本上一周5次甚至以上，想戒也控制不住，没过5天又开始了。
请问各位大神怎么办？
