医生你好。在下手淫史比较长，以前不懂事的时候2~3天就一次
现在熬夜啊什么的各种因素导致已经2 3年没有晨勃了，也有早泄的现象
请问如果我现在开始戒掉手淫并且开始锻炼身体的话能恢复到以前的状态么？
